ANNACH EXPORTS is the export-facing brand of Annach Ventures Global LLP ("ANNACH", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of annachexports.com. The website is primarily an information and business-enquiry platform for sourcing Indian agricultural, food and specialty products for domestic and international buyers.
1. Website purpose
Website content is provided to introduce ANNACH's sourcing capabilities and facilitate business enquiries. A website enquiry, product listing or discussion does not by itself constitute an offer, quotation, acceptance, purchase order, warranty or binding sales contract.
2. Product information
Products, varieties, grades, specifications, availability, seasonality, minimum quantities, prices, packaging, certifications, origin information and other commercial details may vary according to supplier, crop or production cycle, destination market and buyer requirements.
Where a product is marked Seasonal, availability may depend on the relevant harvest or supply period. Product photographs used on the website may be illustrative editorial images and should not be treated as photographs of a particular shipment, supplier, farm, inventory lot or packaging configuration unless expressly stated.
3. Sourcing and supplier information
ANNACH may identify and coordinate with potential suppliers based on the buyer's requirements. Supplier selection, product evaluation, documentation and commercial arrangements will depend on the specific transaction. No supplier, certification, GI status, organic status, testing result or other product claim should be treated as confirmed solely because it appears in a general website description.
4. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information about their company, product requirements, quantities, destination, intended use and applicable import requirements. Buyers should independently confirm all destination-country requirements relevant to their transaction, including permits, registrations, labelling, food safety, plant or animal health, packaging, testing, customs and other regulatory requirements.
5. Quotations
Any quotation issued by ANNACH or a relevant contracting party is subject to the validity period, currency, quantity, specifications, availability, delivery terms, payment terms and other conditions stated in that quotation. Prices may change before acceptance because of seasonal supply, logistics, exchange rates, duties, taxes or other commercial factors.
6. Orders and contracts
A transaction becomes binding only when the applicable parties have accepted the relevant commercial terms in writing and any required purchase order, sales contract, proforma invoice or other transaction document has been duly agreed. If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed transaction document, the transaction document will govern the relevant transaction to the extent legally permitted.
7. Incoterms, shipment and documentation
Where applicable, international shipments may use Incoterms® or other agreed delivery terms. The specific Incoterm, named place, shipping method, documentation responsibilities, insurance, customs responsibilities, risk transfer and cost allocation will be stated in the applicable quotation or contract. ANNACH's website description of "shipment coordination" does not itself create a commitment to act as carrier, customs broker, freight forwarder, importer of record or exporter of record unless expressly agreed in writing.
8. Compliance and certifications
Regulatory and certification requirements vary by product and destination. Where testing, certificates, licences, registrations, declarations or other documents are required, their availability and scope will be addressed for the particular transaction. No general website statement should be interpreted as a representation that every product is approved, certified or admissible in every destination market.
9. Website content and intellectual property
We take reasonable care in preparing website content, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, error-free or suitable for a particular transaction. Website text, branding, layout, graphics and other original materials are owned by or licensed to ANNACH or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party services and links
The website may contain or rely on third-party services, including the Tally enquiry form, hosting, email infrastructure and external links. ANNACH does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or terms. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
11. No guarantee of availability
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Product availability and commercial opportunities are also subject to market and supplier conditions.
12. Limitation of website reliance
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANNACH will not be responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information where a specific written quotation, specification or contract was required for the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory laws. Any dispute relating specifically to use of this website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Specific commercial transactions may contain separate dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms when the website, business model or applicable legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
